Contacts have been established with two others consortia involving Russian and European consortia. The two related projects are INGENIOUS (http://www.ingenious-project.eu/) and S3 (http://www.eurussias3.com/) and are also focused on sensors. A workshop organized by S3 to which partners from INGENIOUS and SAWHOT are invited to contribute will be held as a satellite event of the XXVth Eurosensors Conference in Athens (http://www.eurosensors2011.org/content.php?catid=39&lan=en).

Members of the consortium met in Freiburg (Germany) from March 21st, 2011 to March 23rd, 2011 for the mid-term meeting. This event took place in Albert-Ludwigs-University. Technical developments achieved during the first half period of the project were reviewed. The Advisory Board and the Project Strategy Committee were also held at this occasion.
